One US national was held by Manali police after recovering illicit charas from his possession during police patrolling at Naggar Jana Road near Jeer Jungle yesterday.
Superintendent of Kullu police Mr.Padam Chand said that accused have been arrested after booking him under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act as police recovered 850 grams Charas from his possession at 1700 hrs on Thursday.
The accused identified as Mr.Alon Zemer (US National) has been arrested and produced in the court today. Further investigation of the case is in progress.
