Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Department of Language, Art and Culture, together with North Zone Culture Centre (NZCC), Patiala, will organise ‘Chaitra Rang Mahotsav’ from 24th to 29th March, 2010, at the historic Gaiety Theatre. Manisha Nanda, principal secretary, tourism, said here today that apart from the festivities, six ‘one-act plays’ of famous writers and directors would also be staged during the Mahotsav. The plays include Ekaki, Beelibass, The Land Weavers, Andhe Jharokhe, Tajmahal Ka Tender and Chehre, which would be staged from 24th March from 5.30 pm onwards for a week.
