After registering of fresh case by Enforcement Directorate, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister today responded that he is not bothered about launching of probe against him by any of central agencies as it hardly affects the health of incumbent state govenrment .

Addressing public meeting on the concluding day of international Lavi trade fair at Rampur Bushair, Mr. Singh said that opposition was trying to put him under stress but he would come out clean and towering his political career after such attempt. He said that he is even ready to face FBI to probe against any charge against his public probity.

CBI had already lodged complaint against me and now if ED registers case he is not worry about it as he is sure to come out of the case clean. Mr. Singh declared that exhibitions displayed in trade fair to be continue for next three days. He also paid floral tribute on the portrait of Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru at Rampur before he participated in the lavi fair.

It is worthwhile to mention here that after booking Mr. Singh by the CBI on Sep 23 and subsequent raid by the agencies on premises belonging to the Chief minister, Enforcement Directorate booked Mr. Singh and his family members for money laundering.

Directorate alleges that Mr. Singh amassed illegal assets after filling bogus tax returns. The case pertained to year 2009 to 2011 when Mr. Singh was union minister of steel. The FIR registered is for amassing Rs 6.3 Cr. from his known sources of income.

After getting relief from Himahcal Pradesh High court Mr. Singh got immunity from arrest by the CBI but fresh money laundering charges may increase difficulties of six time chief minister, political experts say.

CBI is already exploring ground to grill, Mr. Singh as latter moved to Supreme court for seeking his custodial interrogation which decided to transfer the case to Delhi High court already hearing another PIL in the matter. Mr. Singh’s statement made today points that like CBI, ED are looking keen to arrest him and his family members but he could avail legal remedy on the existing ground.

Incumbent government seems to have no threat from opposition BJP in the state as they show hardly any guts to mount any political pressure and pose challenge against the government exceptt few mild voices who are seeking Mr. Singh’s resignation on very low ptich.

All what matters is time and the people of the state will soon get to know whether the charges against the CM are correct or mere a political conpiracy.
