NAGROTA BAGWAN: The twelfth state-level two-day congress of Akhil Bharatiya Kisan Sabha ended at Nagrota Bagwan on Sunday. Issues relating to fertilizer and seed procurement were the priority agendas at the meet. Farmers regretted timely availability of quality seeds in the state.
They demanded that farmers in the state should be given subsidy in seeds, fertilisers and insecticides on the pattern of Punjab.
