After releasing charge sheet opposition BJP to expose Congress rule

On completion of two and half years of Mr. Virbhadra Singh’s Government in the state, opposition party BJP has decided to expose the government after releasing charge sheet against it leveling corruption charges on Chief Minister, member of cabinets and other functionaries.

Mr. Suresh Bhardwaj, former BJP President and member of assembly from Shimla, said in a press statement that leader of opposition in state assembly Mr. Prem Kumar Dhumal and state party president Satpal Sati along with other party leaders would submit the party charge sheet to state Governor Mr.Kalyan Singh on Jun 25, 2015 .

The party had constituted a charge sheet committee presided by former Minister and MLA from Dharmpur Mr. Mahender Singh, and MLA’s Mr. Randhir Sharma, Mr. Ravinder Ravi, Mr. Rajiv Bindal, Jai Ram Thakur and former MP Mr. Suresh Chandel.

“The charge sheet is likely to expose number of cases related to corruptions of Congress rule and its incapability, insensitivity and anti people policy” said Mr. Bhardwaj.

The party sources said that it would also include recent CBI probe into the alleged disproportionate asset cases against Mr. Virbhadra Singh and his family member.

The charge sheet is likely to highlight cases of Enforcement Directorate against Private Secretary of Chief Minister, Mr. Subhash Singh Ahluwalia who has been booked by ED in charges for violation of FEMA recently evading the appearance before ED office twice in last few months.

The BJP could accuse the Congress government for Mahatma Gandhi School Uniform Scheme scams and unchecked illegal mining and quarrying along the rivers beds of state and DO note (Demi Officio) transfer scams in CMO office.

Mr.Singh came to power on 25th Decembe, 2012 after getting clean chit from a local court in the CD case against him. However for last two years BJP has been accusing Chief Minister for number of corruption cases including involvement of Vakamulaha Chandershekhar.
