Mercury plummets further in Himachal Pradesh



The Mercury further plummets in Himachal Pradeshas it was mainly dry and partly cloudy today.

Una recorded high at 41 degrees today which was 40 degrees yesterday, Sundernagar in Mandi reached 35 degrees, Nahan in Sirmaur touched 34 degrees, Solan recorded 33.5 degrees, Bhunter in Kullu recorded 31.6 degrees, Shimla was 26.9 degrees while Kalpa in Kinnuar recorded 23 degrees respectively.

Light rain lashed in some parts of Himachal Pradesh as Bhuntar and Seobagh recorded 19 mm rain each , Bajaura recieved16 mm, Mandi 9 mm, Tinder 8 mm, Sundernagar and Jogindernagar got 5 mm each while Baijnath in Kangra received 4 mm of rain.

The metrological office has forecast mainly dry weather in next 24 hrs in the state.
