Mr. Yashvardhan Singh and Mr Ankit Gongal from Bishop Cotton School (BCS) here were declared Himachal Pradesh’s toppers of plus two ISC exam after scoring about 96.5 per cent marks%.
A communication received here from BCS said that Mr Singh was declared overall toppers with 96.5 per cent marks in ISC (ICSE) plus two exam.
Mr. Yashvardhan Singh is scion of royal family andson of Mrs. Anupma Singh (professor of Public administration and head of foreign study in Himachal Pradesh University) and Mr. Kanwer Yogendra (Staff Correspondent of The Hindu) who hailed from Sunjauli from outskirt of the capital town.
The topper was also declared the best speaker in famous Slater’s debate competition beating top 16 schools of Asia last year.
