Parties refrain from going to media for HRTC conductors recruitment case

Himachal Pradesh High Court today directed parties to retain from going to media warning them to face strong note on such actions by them.

A Division Bench comprising the Chief Justice Mansoor Ahmad Mir and Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan passed these orders on a petition filed by Sh. Shashi Bhushan alleging irregularities and nepotism in the recruitment of conductors in HRTC.

The court has also directed all the parties in litigation in HRTC conductor’s recruitment case not to undertake activities that has direct or indirect bearing on the case. The court has also said that it appears that the parties are trying to make press conference and to get the news published, which will have a direct or indirect effect on this litigation.
