The Maple Destination and Dream Land Private Limited owned by Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister’s son Mr. Vikram Aditya who is also state youth congress president got the contract of Rupees 1.20 crore from M/s Tarani Infrastructure Limited owned by Delhi based businessman Vakamulla Chandershekhar.
BJP district executive leader and son of former Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, Mr. Arun Singh while addressing media persons here today, revealed this information.
He said that a shell company M/s Tarani Infrastructure owned by Mr Chandershekhar has recently came out with IPO issues citing one of its objective to renovate the office of firms to raise public funds of Rupees 16 crore from the market.
“ You would be surprised to know that the firm had been awarded a contract of Rupees 1.20 crore to Delhi based M/s Mapple Destination Dream Land Private Limited which is owned by Mr. Vikaram Aditya and his sister Ms Aprajita” Mr. Dhumal alleged.
Defending his father who is opposition leader in HP Assembly and former Chief Minister Mr. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Mr Arun Singh said that Mr. Singh does not want to face Income Tax Commissioner investigation regarding exorbitant hike of income from the known sources and he recently got a stay from the court.
BJP leader also disclosed that income tax department had conducted a survey cum operation on The Maple Destination on June 2014 also found that Mr. Singh’s son owns a farm house worth Rupees six crore at Marholi in National capital region Delhi.
” The deal of farmhouse at Mehrauli owned by Mr Singh’s son was executed for Rupees 1.21 crore in 2011 however it was found during Income Tax Investigation that it had been struck for worth Rupees 5.41 crore evading heavy stamp duty and real source of money paid for the deal” Junior Dhumal alleged adding that Mr. Singh was the Union Minister in the UPA then and his son was dong graduation at Delhi.
How could one pay such huge sum when Mr. Virbhdra Singh’s Hindu United Family’s real source of income had been shown just Rs 35,35,720 during financial year 2012-13.
He charged that the government was trying to reconsider allotment of Sai Kothi Project to M/s Venture Energy and Techonlogy Limited again as it was also owned by the Mr. Vakamulla Chandershekar and had moved to the Himachal Pradesh High court on frivolous grounds staking claim to this bid again.
On April 2014 Mr. Chandershekar field a writ in the High court of Himachal Pradesh showing the petitions to media he said that it was against the cabinet decisions of September 2013 to cancel the alleged project.
He charged that Chief minister and Mr. Vakamulla Chandershekar are close associate and both of them could be found guilty of faking his agriculture income.
