Shimla: The met department forecast inclement weather conditions in Himachal Pradesh during the next 24 hours as the sky was cloudy in the state today, even as temperature was marginally higher than normal.

Met office in-charge Manmohan Singh told HimVani that high reaches of the state are shrouding by clouds, which are likely to lash rain/thundershowers or snowfall over few places. The weather was mainly dry in the state but minimum temperature was two to three degrees above normal during the day. However, snow-bound Lahaul Spiti and Kinnaur districts are still reeling under cold wave as Keylong recorded minus 10.1 degree Celsius followed by Kalpa with minus 1.5 degrees.

Minimum temperature at Solan was 5.6 degrees, Bhuntar 5.8 degrees, Dharamsala 6.3 degrees, Una 6.4 degrees, Sundernagar 6.7 degrees, Mandi eight degree Celsius, Palampur 8.5 degrees, Shimla nine degrees and Nahan 11.9 degrees.
