Four died, eight injured in different accidents in HP

Shimla: At least four persons were killed and eight others injured in different road accident in Himachal Pradesh during last 24 hours.

A Balero jeep, carrying two, fell in 100 feet deep gorge on Sunday night at Diyaldi village near Nerwa in Shimla district.Forty-year-old Amar Singh died on the spot, while injured Ramesh Kumar from Uttarakhand was admitted to IGMC. Report received from Solan said a biker was killed on the spot and another injured at Bhud area of Baddi industrial township in Solan district on Monday morning when a motorcycle was hit by a vehicle coming from the opposite direction. Deceased was identified at Ajmer Singh.

Three persons were injured when a speeding truck rolled down at Dhanoghat near Solan last evening. The injured were admitted at Regional Hospital at Solan. Report received from Nahan said that two youths hailed to Uttrakhand, Manoj Kumar(25) and Som Parkesh(27) were killed, when a jeep carrying them rolled down at Sangrah area under Renuka subdivision of Sirmour district while one persons was injured in this accident.In Chamba a car fell down a 200-feet-deep gorge near Kairu hill on Chamba-Pathankot road, killing Ashok Kumar, deriver of car, on the spot.
