Shimla: The three-day state-level Special Olympics started in Bilaspur today with more than 200 special kids from all over the state participating in various events. President of Himachal Special Olympics Committee Mallika Nadda said the state government has agreed in principle to allocate three percent of annual sports budget for organising and promoting games for these children.
