Shimla: The Manali-Leh National Highway will be closed for vehicular traffic from October 31due to chances of snowfall at Rohtang Pass (13,050 ft), Baralacha Pass (16,020 ft), Lachlungla Pass (16,620 ft) and Tanglangla (17,480 ft) pass that fall on the strategic road. The highway remains closed every year till at least April.
