Shimla: Rajinder Singh Rana, chairman of media advisory body of the Himachal Pradesh government, was given clean chit by the special state vigilance team in the call girl scandal. Director general of vigilance DS Manhas today said that nothing objectionable was found against him while probing the case.
The vigilance probe was ordered after a section of media carried reports alleging that Rana, and few others were found in company of call girls at a hotel. Rana had resigned from the post after the Congress party accused the state government of shielding the accused.
