Workshop for better engagement of NGOs and journalists in political frame



Shimla: PRS Legislative Research in association with Voice Of Himachal (VOH) will be holding a workshop for NGOs and Journalists on September5 to help them seek efficient ways to track the performance and accountability of MPs/MLAs.

The workshop aims to teach effective ways and provide avenues to engage journalists and NGOs with the legislative process and legislators. In addition, it will also offer a platform for participants to share their experiences and ideas of engagement that they would like to pursue after the workshop.

PRS Legislative Research, an independent research initiative, aims to strengthen the legislative debate by making it better informed, more transparent and participatory, whereas Voice of Himachal (VOH) is a not-for-profit organisation set up with a purpose of catalysing sustainable development in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
