Nalagarh: Keeping in view an alarming increase in crime in the industrial belt of Solan district, the administration has imposed Section 144 in the Baddi police district. Following this, every industrial establishment, contractors, traders or landlord employing or giving their premises on rent to non-residents would be required to register them with the police.
The police have already started an awareness campaign regarding this, and a separate registration campaign would be carried out from July 25 to August 8. Police claimed that action would be taken under Section 188 of IPC against those who do not get the registration done.
