Opposition BJP has blamed the ruling Congress for adopting pick and choose tactics in recruitment of around 130 nurses under the outsourcing scheme.

Ganesh Dutt, the party spokesperson has alleged in a press statement that the nurses were recruited under the outsource scheme avoiding merit, experience and adopting pick and choose tactics during the entire recruitment. The opposition party has also alleged that transparency did not exist in the recruitment, as interviews conducted against the advertisement by firms did not follow the routine process.

BJP argued that those who had working experiences of three years had been ignored during the interview however just a few hand picked were selected. Mr. Dutt also said that posts were to be filed under NHRM (National Health Rural Mission) on the basis of qualification and experience and however the eligible candidates who appeared in the interview were frustrated after finding it flawed.
