Prem Kumar Dhumal denies having properties in other parts of India

While Denying any properties more than shown by him in his affidavit with the election commission at the time of filing of nomination papers to contest the assembly elections, former chief minister and senior BJP leader, Prem Kumar Dhumal asked the state government to hand over the probe to the state Lokayukta, the only authority in the state to hold probe against the politicians and officialdom of the state.

While talking to reporters here, he said that it was not understood from where the Vigilance bureau had come to know that he had properties in various parts of India. He asked the state government to identify the properties and confiscate those. Pavan Rana, the state-organizing secretary of the party was also present in the press conference.

Replying to a question that the state Vigilance Bureau had asked the CBI to take over, this case, he said that he was not bothered about this. Let the CXBI or FBI of USA to enquire into the properties.

He, however, said that the people who were filing false complaints against him and his family would not be spared once the enquiries are completed.
