4 injured in road mishaps : Himachal Pradesh

Four persons, including a truck conductor were injured in three different road accidents on Thursday, state police informed.

Police said that a truck loaded with civil supplies corporation material on way from Damtal to Nagrota Bagwan over turned on bridge at Dhroun Khad near Kholi on Pathankot-Mandi national highway, while saving some stray animals on the bridge. However, they were saved from a fall in to Banner Khad  by the railing of the bridge. The conductor of the truck identified as Parshutam resident of Khairian got injured and was rushed to DRPGMC Tanda.

In another mishap, Raj Kumar, 40 , resident of Badnard, Bala and Bila resident of Pathankot also got injured when their motorcycle skid off the road on Pathankot-Mandi National highway near Zamanabad crossing at Icchhi. Both were rushed to DRPGMC Tanda.

Meanwhile, in another accident Thakur Singh, 33, resident of Godhan Tissa received serious injuries in a road accident at Baraghal when his car rolled down, he was referred to PGI Chandigarh from DRPGMC Tanda where he was admitted after referring from Chamba.

Police is investigating all the cases.
