Carol singers at CM’s residence

Members of the churches and christian institutions located in Shimla visited Holly Lodge, private residence of Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, under the leadership of Mr. Francis Rana, for carol singing.

It was organised by the Shimla Christian Community in the capital town in view of the Christmas celebrations scheduled to take place all over the world to spread the message of peace, harmony, good will, love and joy amongst the members of all the communities, faiths and sects to make the planet earth a peaceful place to co-exist in a most harmonious and peaceful environment.

Members of Christian Community greeted Virbhadra Singh in this white Christmas season and wished him a joyous and wonderful celebration. They also thanked the Chief Minister for declaring public holiday on Good Friday, thereby providing opportunity to the members of all the communities to celebrate together the solemn day in a most befitting manner.

Mr. Virbhadra Singh welcomed the carol singers at his residence and celebrated the occasion by participating in the holy exercise.
