HP trailing by 86 runs in Ranji Trophy match against Kerala


Having only 3 wickets in hand, Himachal is trailing by 86 runs in the Ranji Trophy match being played at Thalassery stadium against host Kerala as latter gave 195 runs lead in the end of second innings today.

Replying to 214 runs of first innings of Kerala, entire team of Himachal was back to pavilion on 174 runs this morning trailing by 40 runs in the first innings. B.B. Sharma scored highest, 53 runs for HP followed by Nikhil Gangta 28 runs. P.Prasanth of Kerala got 7 wickets and gave 54 runs

In the second innings, Kerala scored 155 runs all out, giving 195 runs lead to Himachal, Sachin and Vinoop S.M. got 43 and 39 runs respectively for Kerala. B.B Sharma of HP took 4 wickets after giving 32 runs.

7 wickets fall down in short interval in the second innings of HP at 95 runs. Vinoop S.M. took 4 wickets of HP after giving 35 runs and C.P. Shahid 3 wickets and 27 runs respectively. Rishi Dhawan and V.S. Malik of HP were on the crease at 33 runs and no score as stamps were withdrawn today.
