Thakur Balbir Singh superintendent of police Kangra, said in Dharamshala on Thursday that police department is now providing the facility to general public for obtaining NOC of vehicles in the office of the superintendent of police at Dharamshala w.e.f. 01-12-2013.
It will become convenient to the general public, who can now save their time as well as journey to Shimla to get NOC in any working day by paying only Rs.20 at NOC counter at Dharamshala. This is one of the commendable step by police department.
