7 injured as bus roll down at Damraha, Shimla


7 persons were injured when a HRTC bus over turn and roll down at Damraha, about 40 km from Kupavi in Shimla district early morning on Thursday, police sources said.

The bus was enroute to Nerwa from Baga area of Kupavi under Chaupal subdivision of Shimla district which roll down about 50 meters from the road injuring 7 persons in the mishap.

All the injured were rushed to Chaupal civil hospital. Now they are out of danger. At the time of accident only 7 persons were in the bus.

It is worthwhile to mention here that 11 persons were killed and 54 others were injured in accident which took place at Dhawas on August 6, when a HRTC bus fell 150 meters down the road.
