Dharamshala (Jan 14): The 25th annual winter karate training camp is organized by 
Jundokan Goju-ryu Karate-do Federation of India at Gupt Ganga Dham, Kangra, from January 7 to 15. Despite bad weather conditions, 125 Karatekas, including 15 girls and 20 kids, from different parts of northern India and particularly all districts of Himachal Pradesh, are participated in the camp and learned basic and intermediate level Karate techniques from Sensei Surender Thakur. Sensei Yog Raj, Sensei Saunu Ram and Sensei Lakshmi Verma assisted Sensei Thakur in the training sessions. During the camp, 8 students were awarded black belts.
