BJP leader avoids query of Industrial package to Himachal

Nahan, Nov 17: Former deputy prime minister of India and senior BJP leader L.K. Advani today declined to answer the query raised by media persons about renewing Industrial package to Himachal Pradesh if NDA comes to power in Centre during next general election.
It may be noted that industrial package a gift of Atal Bihari Govt. in 2003 was rescinded by UPA govt. last year. The package contributed in the growth of industry and employment in the state. Both the parties in the state have been demanding restoration and extension of industrial package to Himachal Pradesh for another five years. It has been a major issue for political party in H.P. Earlier, he was given warm welcome by local people at Kala Amb.
He said that corruption, rise in prices and black money has ruined the Nation of prosperity. He said that these issues will be raised by him in Lok Sabha during winter session starting from November 22. Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal welcomed LK Advani with traditional Sirmouri Loyia (Pahari Long Coat) and Himchali cap, Anant Kumar, Ravi Shankar Prashad both General Secretary, Shyam Jaju All India Secretary, Murli Dhar Rao, Kamla Advani(wife), Partibha Advani, were also present on the occasion.
