Shimla (Sept 2): Himachal Pradesh Sarv Karamchari Mahasangh (HPSKM) has asked the state government to put reign on the bureaucracy, alleging it was creating big divide and rift among government and 2.5 lakh state employees.

Addressing a rally of HPSKM at Naza here, Viryam Singh Bains taking a dig at the state government’s alleged role against employees, said that the horse rider often falls down if its reigns remain loose. Lashing at the state government for refusing to issued 10 percent installment of arrears to employees announced on 15 August, he alleged that the government has forced the employees to come on road as it has yet to
pay more than 1,000 crores to employees owing to 5th Pay commission’s
