Chamba (Aug 10): Gram panchayat office at Kargil village of Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh was gutted by a devastating fire that broke out last night causing loss to the tune of Rs 10 lakh, police sourced said. According to a report received at Killar sub-dvisision of Chamba district, a double storey house at village Kargil of Gram panchayat Sural was destroyed in the fire and the building also housed the panchayat office.
