Four Army personnel eve tease deputy commissioner



Nahan (July 4): The four paramilitary jawans who were arrested and booked for allegedly eve teasing Sirmaur deputy commissioner in the marketplace last evening, were released on bail today.

According to SP Sirmaur, Punita Bhardwaj, deputy commissioner Meera Mohanti and district revenue officer Jyoti Rana were teased by the accused in in Nahan market late evening. As per reports received today, the jawans, Sukhvinder Singh, Balvinder Singh, Amarjit Singh and Kamaljeet Singh started teasing both the women officers in the market, and when they objected they started laughing. The matter was reported to police and they were immediately arrested. The accused were medically examined an the matter was reported to the Army as well.
