  1. 175 Core to acquire 160 bigha land——- means more than 1 crore per bigha…………..great going HIMUDA……they think people of the state are fools……..these politicians has pushed the state towards very high fiscal deficit which doesn’t seem to come down

  4. @Jyoti————–you should write to HIMUDA in this respect. This forum can not help you out with your concern.

  5. HIMUDA should acknowledge all the applications individually and if possible publish their names on the Web page. I am also one of the applicants

    • It is very pity that HIMUDA has failed to acknowledge my post what to talk of taking action thereon. Is some body listening, or one has to go to the RTI route?

  6. 7. The sanctioned budget is too less to meet the 100% conversion rate for 70000 applicants owing to the rising cost of land & its development . Govt has learnt strategy to collect 35 crores from applicants with a two page advertisement . The entire process of inviting applications has many flaws viz multiple applications by a single applicant etc.. Many of the applicant known to me are investors rather than end users & in many locations /smaller towns neither the Govt land exists nor the scope remains for acquisionts. We must remember that the landholdings are very small & many of the people are employed either by way of green houses or cultivation. Also the state is politically senstitive , therefore land aquisition will remain the major hurdle to implement the aggressive scheme of urbanisation in the state.
