Shimla: In a notification issued here today Himachal Pradesh Governor Urmila Singh ordered reappointment of Dr. K.R. Dhiman as Vice Chancellor of Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Solan for another three years, but not beyond the age of 65 years.
