MBA students of Shoolini University get job placements

Solan (May 20): Vishal Retail Limited, which plans to launch hundreds of Mega Malls throughout India under a new brand name – V2, has selected nine 4th semester MBA students of Shoolini University as management trainees.

These nine 4th semester MBA students went through two levels of selection process to get selected. The first round of selection took place on 6 May, 2011, when officials of Vishal Retail Limited visited the university for campus interviews. During this first round, twenty-nine MBA students appeared in group discussions and interviews. Subsequently nine out these twenty-nine students got shortlisted for second round.

Second round of selection process took place at corporate office of Vishal Retail Limited located at Delhi on 13 May, 2011. In this second and final round, all nine shortlisted 4th semester MBA students of Shoolini University got selected as Management Trainees.

The successful candidates include Anita Kanwar (Delhi), Chander Mohan (Delhi), Kumar Gautam (Delhi), Shilpa Sharma (Delhi), Swati Gupta (Delhi), Karan Sharma (Shimla), Amrita Gautam (Shimla), Suman Mehta (Solan), and Pritkia Thakur (Solan).
