Four feared killed in accidents in Chamba



Shimla: Four including two women were reportedly killed in separate accidents that occurred in the state, police sources said.

In first mishap, two teenage girls were drowned in Ravi River. The two girls were aged 18 and 19 were returning home after grazing cattle in the nearby forest. However, both fell into the raging Ravi river near Dhagi village in the Bharmaur area. Police is still investigating how two fell into the river from a winding road at the edge of the river. In another incident in Chamba district, a cement loaded truck plunged into a 500 feet deep gorge. Both the driver and the conductor are missing. A search party is looking for them, sources said.
