Shimla: The Election Commission on Thursday removed the tehsildar from Jubbal in Shimla district for preparing voter ID cards for minors. Chief Election Commissioner N Gopalswami also ordered action against others involved in the process. He said the Commission had received several complains regarding youths less than 18 years of age getting voter ID cards in Jubbal Kothkhai constituency.
