Shimla: Principal Secretary of Himachal Pradesh Bhim Sen has been administrated oath of office and secrecy by Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, as he has been appointed as new Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) of Himachal Pradesh. He is also PS Excise Taxation, Public Grievances & Redressal and Tribal Development.
