Nahan: Seeking probe into alleged misuse of government fund by Chief Parlimentary Secretary(CPS) Sukh Ram, Paonta Block Congress Committee President Surjit Singh Krinesh Jung demanded independent enquiry for the construction of tube well and water sprinkler on the same land for which Daya Ram, the brother of Sukh Ram had availed subsidy on tube well.
He said that Daya Ram constructed tube well on the land, but its electric connection had been taken for domestic use. He said that on June 4, 2010, Sukh Ram submitted Rs 40 lakh for tube well on the same land and Sukh Ram also claimed subsidy of Rs 1.27 lakh for the sprinklers placed in the field, which was a direct cheating to the State Exchequer.
