Woman, paramours held for killing husband



Dharamshala: Woman along with her paramours has been arrested for allegedly murdering her husband in a hotel room at Chintpurni on February 15th, 2011.

Kangra District Additional Police Chief Sanjeev Gandhi yesterday said Surender Pal, a resident of Alampur Dassua, Punjab, was murdered and his body was left in a pool of blood in a hotel room at Chintpurni. Pal’s body was found by the hotel management with number of stab wounds on his chest and other parts of the body and the incident The incident was reported on February 16.

Wife of the victim Narinder Kaur hatched a conspiracy with Jagdesh, a resident of Alampur and Bupender Singh, a resident of Bavaili Punjab to kill Surender Pal. The couple arrived at Chintpurni at 1500 hrs on February 15. On arriving Narinder Kaur gave her husband some thing to drink, making him unconscious and then killing him with her paramours, police said. According to the investigations Narinder Kaur and Surender Pal had been married for 16 years with two children. However, she had illicit relations with Jagdesh and Bupender, police added.
