Workshop on training need analysis held in Shimla

Shimla: One-day workshop on ‘Training Need Analysis’ for the prosecutors of the state was held at Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration, Fairlawns, Shimla today. The motive of the workshop was to seek suggestions for preparing training modules for public prosecutors so as to improve the functioning of the Prosecution Department and minimise the lapses and deficiency in conducting prosecution cases in the courts.

Principal Secretary Home Ajay Mittal, ADGP (Law and Order) S.R. Mardi, DIG, CID, Shimla N. Venu Gopal, Director, Forensic Science Laboratory Junga J.R. Gaur, Assistant Professor, Forensic IGMC Dr. Seikho, Assistant Professor, Forensic Dr. Pyush Kapila were the key persons who delivered their lectures and suggestions on the subject.
