Shimla (Feb 16): A man belonged to Uttar Pradesh was killed at Moorang area of Pooh sub-division of Kinnaur district when the snowcutter he was deriving fall down after a retaining wall holding the road caved in early this morning. Police report said that deceased, identified as Vikas Chand (30), was driving a snowcutter when it suddenly fall down. The deceased was declared brought dead after he was rushed to Pooh Primary Health Centre. Lately there has been heavy snowfall in the area, blocking almost all roads.
