Efforts to develop Rajiv Gandhi PG Ayurvedic College as Ayurvedic University

Shimla: Himachal Pradesh government is contemplating to convert Rajiv Gandhi Post Gradutate Ayurvedic College to University, Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal said today.

Addressing a public meeting at Rajiv Gandhi Government Ayurvedic College complex, Paprola, Kangra, he said that government is planning to convert Aurvedic college into University today. As many as 1,153 ayurvedic health institutions were working in state, which was manned by well qualified and experienced medical professionals. As many as 340 posts were sanctioned out of which 241 have been filled.
