Shimla: After launching save girl child campaign in the state, Himachal Pradesh claims signs of improvement in female gender ratio. Himachal Pradesh has improved its sex ratio from 904:1000 to 922:1000 with comparison to last years, State Health Minister Rajiv Bindal claimed here while addressing media persons today. ” Save Girl Child Campaign is creating awareness among the people of state as result it to be converted into special deriver in the state between February 6-8, 2011, after getting good result of it.” he said
He also disclosed that Atal Sawasthya Sewa free ambulance schemed would be extended in three more districts from March 6 in the state as had been started by Chief Minister on Dec 25, 2010, waiving off 50 high-tech ambulances being sponsored by state government. 25 ambulances would be added to it soon to further strengthen the convey in the five districts.
