Shimla (Jan 28): The Met office forecast rain or snow in Himachal Pradesh in the next two days with Western Disturbances (WDs) approaching north-west India, official said today.
According to Manmohan Singh, director, Indian Meteorological Office, Shimla, the WDs are likely to bring rain or snow at few places in upper reaches while few places in middle and isolated places in plain or foothills will be lashed by rain or thundershowers in next two days.
Meanwhile, mercury climbed slightly as minimum at Keylang in Lahaul Spiti district was Minus 15.7 degree Celsius and Kalpa in Kinnaur minus 3.2 degrees and Bhuntar in Kullu minus 0.2 degrees.
In the middle hills, Solan was low at 0.3 degrees, Sundernagar 0.6 degrees, Shimla and Palampur(Kangra) 3.7 degrees and 3.8 degrees respectively. Dharamsala 2.3 degrees and Nahan 5.9 degrees respectively.
