Shimla: High reaches of Himachal Pradesh were experiencing snowfall since this afternoon as inclement weather conditions were prevailing in the state. Lahaul Spiti, Kinnuar, Kullu and Chamba were experiencing light to moderate snowfall while thick clouds were surrounding in the downstream area of state.
Keylong in Lahaul Spiti was coldest with minus 16.6 degrees, followed by Kalpa at minus four degrees, Shundernagar in Mandi and Solan was at zero degrees each. Buntar in Kullu was low at 1.2 degrees, Una , Mandi and Shimla was at 2 degrees each, Dharamshala and Palampur at 3 degrees each and Nahan was at 4.6 degrees.The Met office forecast rain or snowfall in isolated places at high reaches while rest of state would be mainly dry.
