Solan (Jan 15) Showcasing ultramodern weaponry, Indian Army today organized an exhibition at St. Lukes School complex at Solan, which was inaugurated by Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal.
After unveiling the exhibition, Chief Minister, congratulated defense officials for putting up such an important exhibition of armour used by the army to educate the common-man about the functioning of the armed forces.
He said that the exhibition would go a long way in encouraging youth to join armed forces and serve the nation as true soldiers. Concerned armed officials also apprised Chief Minister about the objective of showcasing the weaponry.
