Pre-monsoon rainfall lashed in many parts of Himachal Pradesh bringing down the day temperature to seasons lowest level in the end of this summer. Abode of Tibetan Spiritual leader Dalai Lama, Dharamshala got 104 mm rainfall, Baijnath 90 mm, Kangra 59 mm,  Nagrota Suriyan 33 mm, Salooni 26 mm, Kasauli 23 mm, Palampur and Shimla 16 mm each.

 

The maximum temperature of Shimla 20.2 degrees, Sundernagar 24.8  degrees, Bhuntar 21 degrees, Kalpa 16 degrees, Dharamshala 24.8 degrees, Una 31.4 degrees, Nahan 27.6 degrees, Solan 25 degrees and Manali 14.6  degrees and Kangra 23.4 degrees respectively. The Met Office forecast rain and thundershowers at many places in the state during next 24 hours.
