Mercury plunges in HP, Keylong records low at minus five degree Celsius

The Merucury plunged in the State with mainly clear sky at night and partly cloudy weather in the State during the day increasing cold waves. Keylong was recorded low at minus five degrees Celsius and was down by 2.6 degrees in the last 24 hours.

 

The minimum temperature of Shimla was  recorded 6 degrees today, Sundernagar 5 degrees, Bhuntar 2.8 degrees, Kalpa 1 degree, Solan 5 degrees. Tourist  resort Manali was low at 1.6 degrees, Mandi 4.4 degrees, Una 7.5 degrees, Kangra 9 degrees, Nahan 11.5 degrees and Dharamshala 11.6 degrees respectively.

 

Met forecast mainly dry weather in the State during the next 24 hours.
