Governor returns file without giving prosecution sanctions against Mr. Dhumal and others

A day before reliving from the post of Himachal Pradesh Governor, Ms. Urmila Singh returned the file of the state government that was sent to her for seeking prosecution sanctions against former Chief Minister and leader of Opposition Mr.Prem Kumar Dhumal and three other bureaucrats.

Sources of the state government revealed that the Governor returned this file which was sent for her permission to prosecute Mr. Dhumal and three others official whose names are Mr. A.N Sharma IPS Officer, Former Chief Secretary Mr. Ravi Dhingra, Former Secretary and recently elevated Additional Chief Secretary Mr. P.C. Kapoor.

State Agencies have registered vigilance investigations against four for giving undue extension to Mr. Sharma after retirement. The file send for prosecution sanction was returned as such with few comments this afternoon, a state official informed.
