G.S. Bali handed over his resignation

Transport and Food, Civil Supply and Consumer affairs Minister Mr. G.S. Bali has reportedly handed over his resignation showing his serious reservation with the Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.

Talking to Media Persons on the sideline of a program at private education institute at Kandaghat in Solan district yesterday, Mr. Bali did not turn out speculation of his resignation, however, he refused to comment over the reasons of resignation.

“I would soon let know the press about this development but currently, I am not in position to comment on the matter” , Mr. Bali told media persons.

Meanwhile party sources revealed that Mr. Bali has shown his serious reservation with Chief Minister about the intervention by a very junior functionary of HRTC who was reportedly working on instance of Chief Minister against him.

Mr. Bali has handed over his resignation to party state in charge Virender Kumar Chaudhary. The government sources said that they were still unaware of the reason of submitting the resignation by the cabinet minister.

Mr. Bali turned out in public in his personal vehicle during a function at Kandaghat yesterday but he brushed aside quitting state government vehicle stating that election code and conduct is already enforced in the state for Mandi Lok Sabha elections, adding that he enjoys his personal drive.

The public places in the town were full of such speculation during the entire day yesterday while government agencies were in touch with the media persons over any breakthrough on this issue.
