Free photography workshop at Bir

Bir: A free photography workshop is being held at Deer Park Institute in Bir by renowned photographer Nrupen Madhvani. The workshop will be from September 28 to October 4 daily, between 2 pm and 6 pm.

Only 15 persons will be enrolled and first priority is being given to Himalayan youth. Registration can be done at Deer Park office before September 25. There will be no class on October 1 and 2 and students will be given assignment to take their own photographs on these days.

The course is free of charge. However, in order to ensure full commitment from students, Rs 500 needs to be deposited at registration. The full deposit will be returned once the course is completed with full attendance. Otherwise, Rs 100/per class will be deducted when a class is missed.

Nrupen Madhvani is a renowned photographer who continuously exploring the immense possibilities of visual arts. He has worked in Japan and received awards from the Advertising Club, the Commercial Artists Guild, the International Pegasus Awards, Luerzer’s, etc.
