Middlesex University open to tie-up with IIAS

Shimla: Professor Michael Driscoll, vice-chancellor of Middlesex University, UK, while on visit to Shimla today said his university would be happy to enter into any sort of collaboration with the Indian Institute of Advanced Studies. He added that fellows from the institute would be welcome to visit the university to have interaction and forge an academic partnership.

Presenting 17 rare photograph  of the Viceroy Lodge, now known as Indian Institute of Advance Studies, to the institute, Driscoll said he was fascinated to see the building representing the joint heritage of India and Britain, the two countries with a deep connection.
