13 foreigners detained after full-moon party

Dharamsala: Seventeen persons, including 13 foreigners, were detained by police on Saturday night during a full-moon rave party held in Rait forest area near Dharamsala.

Kangra SP Atul Fulzele told media persons that the detained foreigners belong to Israel and Britain. Moreover, four Indians organisers of the ‘illegal’ event were also arrested and some narcotic substance seized from them. Refusing to disclose the identity of the detained foreigners, the SP said some of them did not have proper visa documents.
